2gig CT1000

So I have a bit of strange behavior in my thermostats. I have three 2gig CT1000 Z wave thermostats. 1 reports humidity while the other two do not. They are the same model as far as I can tell. There are no indigo settings to enable it (although the settings do look different) and there are no settings in the thermostat itself. Would really like to grab humidity and would rather not be swapping thermostats to a different location. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: 2gig CT1000

Same reported firmware version shown in the settings dialog?

Try an exclude / re-include (and resync) to see if that helps.

Re: 2gig CT1000

Same firmware (9.01) in all three.. Will the device still live on in indigo or will I have to resetup my triggers and actions related to that device?

You can exclude, re-include, then just re-sync the existing device. As long as the device isn't deleted, everything should be good.

Don't thank me until it works. Z-Wave exclude/re-include is the PRAM zapping of the Z-Wave world. Doesn't work often but it keeps the users busy trying things.
