Problems with some devices

Hi all,

today I come back from a short holiday and I noticed that I was not able to switch on/off Fibaro wall plugs using Siri; I tried using Indigo Client on Mac and it is not working either.
This is what I get in the log (some of them are old devices which I do not used; device 29, 35, 37, 38, 39 and 41 are Fibaro Wall Plug)

What is going on?
I did no changes while I was on holiday, nobody worked on it.

Also some Fibaro Window/Door sensor are not responding.

The corresponding device are greyed out in Indigo.

Z-Wave interface reload did not help; also Indigo Server restart did not help.

As suggested in the logs, a resync solved the problem of the wall plugs, not of the Fibaro Door Sensor which are battery powered, need to press the button to wake them up.

But what happened exactly?

I'm having the same problem
started after adding a new device that was on the edge of z-wave range
disabled comms for that device and then other devices throw the error messages above

Which messages? There are two sets above which mean very different things...

For me its the:

I removed the newly added devices, and its only happened once since

A resync should fix that problem - no need to delete and re-add.

The issue is recurring and with seemingly different devices each time -= any suggestions?
some devices resent OK while others refuse.

It could be a few different things. The Z-Stick is reporting incorrect information for all of those nodes. It could be malfunctioning. It could also be a bad USB connection. Do you have it plugged directly into the Mac (which is what we recommend)? It could also just be in a bad state.

If re-syncing the modules only temporarily fixes it, then you could try a full factory reset of the Z-Stick (last menu item in the Interfaces->Z-Wave menu). You'll have to exclude and re-include the modules after that, so it is somewhat of a pain but probably worth trying before you try a replacement Z-Stick. First thing though would be to make sure it is plugged directly into your Mac (then re-sync to get the modules working again).

I might just go for a new stick. If I go to all the effort of excluding and re-including - wouldn't want to do it again if I need a new stick
