GoControl (Linear) Garage Door Controller GD00Z-4 sync

I have no problem getting the controller to add to the network with the Z-wave interface (Encryption Disabled)
The first step went fine... but I can't seem to complete the syncing process...

Anyone out these have one of these?

Any ideas/tips?
