I received this unit on 4/25 and now I can't return because over 30 days old. So I guess I will a paper weight until the software is released.

Unfortunately, it is rare for the manufacturers of the hardware to publish details about these changes, so we have to work with users as problems come up to discern what has changed and how to get them working with Indigo. We'll get it working, it will just require some patience.

I understand but you responded quickly to my request and I assumed I would have a fix in a few weeks. So after 3 weeks I am told this and it is to late to return. I should have been told the fix would have to be in the next release with no real date. i.e. several months away.

If you were under a deadline to return it then you should have mentioned that – we would have told you we cannot promise when any hardware will be supported, and you could then have made the decision if you wanted to return it or not.

We haven't said the 7.0.4 or 7.1 release is months away.

Try this beta version of Indigo's Z-Wave library. After downloading you will need to double click it (possibly twice) to have Indigo install it. Then resync your Ecolink module and check to see if its state (UI) updates as you trigger the TILT.

Indigo 7.1.1 is now available for download and supports the TILT-ZWAVE2.
