Popp Z-wave Smoke Detector / Wireless Siren

Has anybody got this hardware to work in Indigo?

Re-Define/Sync it in Indigo then copy/paste the Event Log results into a reply for me.

Indigo doesn't recognize the unit other than a Routing Slave.

It isn't available yet, but it was high on the priority list for Indigo 7.

This thread is old but I wanted to follow-up that Indigo 7.0 is now available (has been for a while). It adds supports for dozens of new Z-Wave devices, including the Popp Smoke Detector and Siren (004001

Yeah! The upgrade is done and everything works perfect with the new version.

I have tested the fire detector and when it detects fire it's just the siren that changes the status in indigo, smoke alarm does not change status, it off when its fire.

Someone else who has tested this?

Can you enable the Z-Wave debug logging checkbox (via the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Configure... menu item), then trip the fire sensor again? I'd like to see exactly what is logged in the Event Log window as a result, and we can tweak our device definition to make sure the smoke alarm device changes its device state.

Give this version of the Z-Wave library a try. I believe it will fix the issue.

Indigo 7.1.1 is now available for download and includes support for the POPP Smoke Detector and Siren.
