Is Zooz 4-in-1 Zwave Sensor supported?

Got this because it's small and offers temp/motion sensing. Getting the feeling it's not supported though. Here's the log dump:

I hadn't heard of that one before. Do you have any links to documentation / manuals for it? I'll add it to our hardware request list.

Re: Is Zooz 4-in-1 Zwave Sensor supported?

I have seen a few products by this company as well, but not tested them. I ran into it searching for a z-wave water shutoff valve.

Best distribution so far is from thesmartesthouse.com. Maybe their only distributor, in fact.

I love how they list Indigo as a supported platform.

I would upload the spec sheet here, but apparently pdf is not allowed. It is available at the link above, though.

Could possibly be a knockoff of another manufacturer?

Re: Is Zooz 4-in-1 Zwave Sensor supported?

Bought this off Amazon as it's well reviewed and one of the few options for temperature sensing. Still comes up as "routing slave" only. Anyone able to get this working or, if not, any plans on Indigo's side to support it after 4+ months since this thread was opened?

Open the device config dialog and click on the Submit Device information button. That will hopefully provide all the information we need to add it in a future release.

Is this device now supported in the current release of Indigo?

Based on your comment, I went ahead and bought one and received it in the mail today. However, when I include it and sync it, all I get is the battery level. Here is the result of the syncing event:

Jan 7, 2017, 2:13:58 PM
Z-Wave Syncing - started for "033 - Notification Sensor"
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved module neighbors list: 2, 3, 4, 11, 13, 25
Z-Wave Syncing - assigning return route to "033 - Notification Sensor"
Z-Wave Syncing - assigned return route
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved manufacture and model names: Unknown - 027A, Notification Sensor - 20212101
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved protocol version 4.05, app version 16.09
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved class hierarchy: Routing Slave : Notification Sensor : Notification Sensor (04 : 07 : 01, base 00)
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved command classes: 20v1 80v1 84v2 85v1 86v1 71v1 70v1 31v7 72v1 73v1 98v1 59v1 5Av1 7Av1 5Ev1
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved encrypt commands: - none -
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved capabilities: routing, battery, beaming, security, waking
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved wake interval of 720 minutes
Z-Wave Syncing - device "033 - Notification Sensor" wake interval changed to 60 minutes
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved group 1 associations: []
Z-Wave Syncing - added group 1 association to interface
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved battery level of 100%
Z-Wave Syncing - created device "033 - Notification Sensor"
Z-Wave Syncing - complete
Z-Wave sent "033 - Notification Sensor" status request
Z-Wave received "033 - Notification Sensor" status update battery level 100%

Still new to Indigo. Am I missing something? Thanks.

It'll take a little while for the sensor values to get updated.

Okay. Thanks. If there are multiple sensors, shouldn't the device's dialog box show them? Mine is just showing the blue "Settings" button. See the attached file. Usually, with multiple sensors, there is a row of blue buttons representing each sensor in the device.

Hmm. I think yours has a different device definition than mine.

I tried including it with and without encryption and I get the same results. Looks like yours got identified as a Zooz sensor. Mine is just being identified as a generic Notification sensor.

Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Re: Is Zooz 4-in-1 Zwave Sensor supported?

If this helps any, here is the output from the sync after doing the include with encryption:

Jan 8, 2017, 11:26:17 AM
Z-Wave Syncing - started for "Sensor - Garage (Temp/Humidity)"
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved module neighbors list: 2, 3
Z-Wave Syncing - assigning return route to "034 - Sensor - Garage (Temp/Humidity)"
Z-Wave Syncing - assigned return route
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved manufacture and model names: Unknown - 027A, Notification Sensor - 20212101
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved protocol version 4.05, app version 16.09
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved class hierarchy: Routing Slave : Notification Sensor : Notification Sensor (04 : 07 : 01, base 00)
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved command classes: 20v1 80v1 84v2 85v1 86v1 71v1 70v1 31v7 72v1 73v1 98v1 59v1 5Av1 7Av1 5Ev1
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved encrypt commands: 80 84 85 86 59 5A 31 70 71 72 73 7A
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved capabilities: routing, battery, beaming, security, waking
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved wake interval of 720 minutes
Z-Wave Syncing - device "034 - Sensor - Garage (Temp/Humidity)" wake interval changed to 720 minutes
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved group 1 associations: [1]
Z-Wave Syncing - group 1 association to interface already exists (skipping)
Z-Wave Syncing - retrieved battery level of 100%
Z-Wave Syncing - complete

And this is what was written when I clicked on the "Write to event log" button.

Re: Is Zooz 4-in-1 Zwave Sensor supported?

Looks like that one uses a different device manufacturer code than the one we have defined in Indigo. We'll add yours to the next bug fix release of Indigo (7.0.3).
