Matt,

Some good progress. I excluded one of the devices - (same way as previously and also the recommended way to do a factory reset) - and this didn't make any difference. I did this a 2nd time and same again. Lastly I removed the association to Group 1 and re-synced. I'm now getting the status to update for both S1 & S2 manual operations. I've attached the sync details if they are of any use to you.
On a slightly different note but somewhat related - as I've added multiple new devices and then deleted some of them I'm now up to node 57. Can I somehow reuse the lower numbers so that the latest device number is a fair representation of how many devices I have on my network?

Nope you cant force the new device include process into the Z-Wave stick to start from lower device id numbers. However, when you have reached the highest available free node id (I think it is 254 or 255) then the inclusion process will automatically start from the lowest free/available node id.

I have had to install one of my qubino dual relays that have sat in a drawer for a year or more as I have a new circuit I need to control.

On and off are working ok but the power reporting is strange.

When on it seems to be ok, but when its turned off it consistently reports approx 77W, which is ihigher than when on.

This is the log of a power request when off, showing 78.9W, then turning it on showing power drops to 66.6W, tthen when its turned off it increases again to 77.7W. I have resynced it but not tried hard reset yet. Anyone seen this behaviour before? I know there were issues a few years ago with these reporting power but this seems to be on the device itself and not on the reporting to Indigo?

I'm not sure why it is sending the wrong data, but I hand decoded this packet it is sending back:

As Matt says, that's definitely sending 77.7w

The 32 02 21 34 bit is the wattage report, with 00 00 03 09 being 77.7w
The 32 02 21 34 bit is the wattage report, with 00 00 02 9A being 66.6w

The 32 02 21 24 bit is the kWh report, with 00 00 00 D6 00 01 00 00 00 D6 changing from 21.4 kWh to 21.4 kWh
