Unfortunately, no. I was hoping that the phantom OFF command would be a different command under-the-hood that Indigo was mapping to OFF, but it is identical to the OFF command from the working module. So Indigo is just reporting what commands it is receiving and it definitely appears the module isn't acting correctly.

Have you tried factory resetting it (which is normally an exclude and re-include w/ the Z-Stick, followed-by a resync in Indigo)?

Thank you for looking into it, Matt.

I finally got it working. Excluding and including it again did little, but a full factory reset fixed it, as you suggested.

In case someone has the same problem: To do a factory reset this device, remove the battery, push the button and insert it again. Release the button after 5 seconds.
