suppress "received "xxx" power load to 1.140 W"

I have a strobe light attached to a zwave dimmer/ switch (to chase away squirrels in my attic)

it now reports watt usage every 2 seconds as the power usage goes up and down every 0.7 seconds.

Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 1.232 W
Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 1.130 W
Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 1.192 W
Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 1.120 W
Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 0.921 W
Z-Wave received "strobe1 attic" power load to 1.125 W

here the zwave dump from the device edit..

If it’s a “Micro Smart Dimmer v2” then set 101 to 0.

That says “Send the following reports to group 1: No reports”
