Insteon/X10 Ceiling Fan & Light Control-3 Wire Installation

A note of caution on the ceiling fans. I have an older fan (about 20 yrs old) that was incompatible from physical standpoint. Although most modern fans are built to have a small cavity where a module like this can be installed, mine had no such cavity, an thus couldn't be installed. Big bummer.

Insteon 2475F works fine with Siri through home bridge. "Hey Siri, set the bedroom fan to off, low, medium or high" or "Hey Siri set the bedroom fan to 0, 30, 50 or 100". I haven't broken the code with Alexa. It is either on or off and no in betweens. I mounted my controller where I could see the led light indicators just outside the hood. It makes it easier to perform maintenance and the module appears to need ventilation/cooling. I ran the wires through a grommet.
