Wiring New Windows

Hello,

I'm going to be replacing the triple-wide window in my family room in the next few months. What wiring should I run while I have the walls open (to the windows that is, not the whole room!)? I'm thinking of the following runs:

6x (one per sash) - magnetic sensors for open/close

3x (top of each window) - motorized shades/blinds

1x (next to top trim for motorized drape track)

I figure running the wire in the walls now is cheap. I'd love to run everything as Cat6, is 22 gauge wire acceptable for motors (eg. 12v RollerTrol)? Then I can add the motors down the road when I get to that phase. What do people think?

Thanks,
Alexander
