Webinterface with PHP and Flash

I just started a little flash interface for Indigo.

First I wanted to do this in Filemaker 7, but because
they disabled the "run Applescript from web trigger" function
Now I do it with my new friend php ;)

link:
217.122.181.104/homelink/

source code at:

217.122.181.104/homelink/homelink.sit

(the flash-code is still messy, I'll will clean this up later)

netbox@home.nl

Re: Webinterface with PHP and Flash

Great! As an former Macromedia guy, I was hoping to have some type of Flash UI for Indigo at some point. I tried to look over your source, but there doesn't appear to be a file with the link you gave above. Can you re-post the correct URL?

For folks trying to see the test page above in Safari, make sure you temporarily turn off the "block pop-up windows" option. Otherwise, you'll just get a blank browser window.

Regards,
Matt

Still no luck with this. I suspect you meant IP address 217.122.181.104 above since 192.168.*.* is a local address, but that didn't work either.

I did get the authentication dialog, but the login and password didn't work.

Got it. Here are the source files (AppleScripts, PHP scripts, Flash file, etc.) for those interested:

Any tips for setting this up? What files are suppose to go where, etc?

The files should work anywhere inside your site directory. Keep them all in the same folder, except the source *.fla files which can go wherever (including the trash if you don't want the source or don't have Flash). To make it work open the homelink.html file.

You'll need to edit your Apache config file to turn on PHP if you have not already.

Matt

I went an installed the package from here first and did as you said. It worked easily.
