The current Hue API doesn't allow for the Hub to push data to any external applications such as the Hue Lights plugin. So it's not possible to set up an action in Hue to trigger other actions in Indigo. Some users have successfully worked around this by setting up triggers in Indigo to fire when, say a specific Hue bulb is set to a specific color and brightness level. For example, you could set a trigger in Indigo to fire is your dining room Hue bulb was changed to 80% brightness with a hue of 50 and saturation of 20. There'd be up to a 20 second delay for this though (the Hue Lights plugin polls for external hub changes every 10 seconds and the hub delays updates to changes in light settings by 5 to 10 seconds as well). A faster trigger would be from a Hue Motion sensor. Those get polled by the Hue Lights plugin every 2 seconds. Still not as quick as a Z-Wave motion sensor in Indigo, but usable for many situations. But still, no real way to configure a Hue hub action that triggers an Indigo action directly. Sorry man.
