Hey,

Having an issue updating some resized images on my control pages.
I've resized the images but they still show on the CP editor as the original
size and everything I've tried to update them won't work.

I've quit the client a number of times but they won't update to the new
correct size.

Any idea how to force the CP editor to update to the new images?

Running 5.1.6 I've tried loading the new resized images on other CP's but they
still load as the original sized images, not the updated sized images.

Has this been addressed in ver. 6?

You have to restart the server when you add/change images.

Thanks, probably a vote in somewhere to have a refresh for images, as the one for the
background, but I'd like to second it.

I realize this is an old thread, but I'm running into a very weird issue. I had some graphics that were resized down from 225x48 to 140x48 and then again down to 100x48 so I could fit more buttons across my control page. The old graphic sizes are being remembered by Indigo, no matter what I do: reboot server, reboot clients, clear web caches, clear all Safari data, Still I get the graphic to show up the right size on the CP, but I have to put it in an offset location to show up correctly when viewed from a browser. When I select the graphic the corner limit "thingies" are the original dimensions. (See attachment). The text has the right dimensions, but the graphic still has the original ones.

Any other suggestions?

Found out that the only way to fix this is to delete the graphics from the CP and then add them back. Yikes!!!

The next time it happens try temporarily selecting a different image then reselecting the one you want. Regardless of workarounds, we do need to get this behaving better...

This is the first time I have started to be "serious" about control pages. So I have been spending more time on this board then I ever have before. Like I said in another post elsewhere, what I have created in the past were all over the page (no pun intended). If I wanted to do one thing on my iPhone, then something else, I would have to switch to another page, that looked totally different.

And here is the ironic part: I work in IT and have for years. I worked on the web team at my company for a couple years and did some web design "moonlighting" on the side. So I know my way around Photoshop and other graphics/web applications.

I'll be posting my Music page soon. That's the one that I'm spending the most time on now. Laying out my lights is going to be trickier.
