Kinda. I've been using a script to parse info from the bbc weather XML feeds, but they changed the format a little while ago and I've never got around to fixing it. There's also a weatherunderground script that I've used but found to be inaccurate in the uk (it predicted snow in July... Hmm perhaps it was accurate). Long term I'm looking forward to perry the cynic releasing his forecast.io plugin which I believe will be a much more indepth way of getting the weather and forecasts into indigo.
Not sure, I guess it depends on what you want out of it. Perhaps install the plugin and see what fields it'll report upon? Either that or bug perry about his plugin (I would but I'm too British.. Mustn't grumble
