Support for Byron SX?

I've managed to hack the plugin to support the Byron SX door bell push button - any chance of official support for this?

It comes across as device 22:

2015-01-22 15:01:24.795 RFXCOM Debug ++++++++++++++
2015-01-22 15:01:27.095 RFXCOM Debug processing: 7 22 0 2 0 249 6 80 (07 16 00 02 00 F9 06 50)
2015-01-22 15:01:27.095 RFXCOM Error unknown device type detected (type = 22)

I'm no Python programmer, so you probably don't want my code, although you are welcome to it!

Re: Support for Byron SX?

I added the support for the Byron SX. Latest version of the plugin is here:http://www.rjdekok.nl/downloads/rfxcom.indigoplugin.zip
Like to hear if it works.

Re: Support for Byron SX?

I can confirm that the new version of the plugin works with a Byron SX series wireless doorbell.

Re: Support for Byron SX?

It looks like the RFXCOM Plugin posted by RJdeKOK is no longer available

Anyone know where you can get the RFXCOM plugin that supports Byron SX doorbells now?

Did you manage to ring the door bell from Indigo?

I'm getting

RFXCOM Error plugin does not define method actionControlGeneral

Thanks

I don't use it this way. I have a couple of the chime units working with the doorbell and in a couple of rooms I have Sonos units play out an announcement triggered by the doorbell.
