klikaanklikuit awst6000 not connecting to rfxcom

I have a klikaanklikuit sensor which i can't add with the rfxcom plugin.

the aswt is a movement sensor, and it works when connected to other receivers, but when it transmits nothing is seen in the log.
I have rfxcom plugin set to debug.

does anyone have a tip or a solution?

I use the same movement sensor without any problem.

In the beginning I also did not see any signal on the RFXCOM, but found out that the signal strength of the AWST6000 is weaker then other KAKU units.
I have installed the KAKU "AEX-701" Wireless signal amplifier in between and all works fine now.

Ive held the sensor next to the rfxcom but im not getting anything in the debug log.

It does work because i connected it to a led lamp and that goes on when body heat is detected

Is the sensor received with the AC or ARC protocol enabled? (I suppose AC must be used)
If you have a Windows system you can try using RFXmngr.

Ive downloaded the software and attached the rfxcom, i don't know how to receive any signal in the software.

any tips?

With AC enabled in the RFXtrx433 you should be able to receive the sensor.
If possible test with RFXmngr on a Windows system.

Please contact RFXCOM support if you don't receive the sensor in RFXmngr.
