Question re: rfxcom plugin & rfxcmd.py

Can anyone tell me if these can run reliably side by side ? I am testing now, but it would save time if anyone can tell me whether both processes can access the serial port concurrently.

I'm looking at using rfxcmd.py to get the status updates from a Digimax thermostat - I don't believe it's supported by the rfxcom plugin - and then script the output of this into Indigo variables which I can then use to turn on/off a Sunvix TLX1206 with rfxcmd.py (again not supported by the plugin).

Any comments/suggestions/thoughts appreciated.

Have you checked the rfxcom.com website.

New firmware update as of April, maybe your temp sensor is now supported
