Cynical Weather Plugin condition issue

I have a trigger that should fire on lux level if sun angle is between -15 and 61. I have narrowed it down so I am pretty sure it is related to the negative value. I am able to trigger if I set the condition to between 0 and 61. But by then it is to late, because the sun has moved to far.
I was pretty sure I had this working before... Any idea?
Thanks for your great work on this plugin. I use it every day for my vertical blinds, and change the blind angle according to the sun movement.
