Simple Control version of iTach Flex

Will the Global Cache plug-in work with the Simple Control (aka Roomie Remote) versions of the iTach Flex?

Also, with the iTach IP2IR (or the Flex) can the plug-in be used for learning codes via the built-in IR receiver? I don't see a way to configure that.

(I have some iTach IP2IR units and also a few Simple Control/Roomie "Blasters" (re-labelled iTach Flex).

I am uncertain of the first answer, but I'm fairly certain you can enter codes into Indigo using the Cynical Caché plugin using the (very hard to reach) IR receiver on the back of the IP2IR. I'm sorry I forget how, off hand, but I'm sure Perry will know how.

On Mac, there is also a relatively cheap app called "iLearn" that allows you to capture the hex codes. I found it to be easier to capture the code using that, then copy-paste into the Cynical Caché plugin.
