I had the same issue and asked Ben the below worked for me.
The Insteon brand isn't officially supported (presently) on the Compatible Camera List available on the website here:

However, some Insteon camera are rebrands of OEM Foscam models;
So you can try the Foscam JPEG and Foscam H.264 (selecting H.264 under its "Format" menu) in the 30 day demo of the latest version of SecuritySpy v3(.4.

http://www.bensoftware.com/securityspy/SecuritySpy.dmgIf you've already tried these, you may simply need to enter the cameras HTTP and RTSP Port No's (as could be different from Foscams) in the above Foscam Device type's.
These should be available directly on the camera (firmwares) web interface.
Finally, you could try the ONVIF Device type, clicking its "Get Profile LIst" button to auto-configure it for the camera (camera/firmware is ONVIF compliant).
