Re: Native Prowl Support for Indigo

Well, I did get version 4.2 running. I was able to successfully download and install 4.0, and then used the new auto update function to load 4.2. 4.2 is running now and all is well.

I'm using this Indigo-Prowl plugin to replace the my former Growl/Prowl setup. Very much simplified my setup.

Excellent! Sorry the installation was a bit confusing... I need to spend more time on the documentation and simplified setup.

Let me know if you run into any issues!

Re: Native Prowl Support for Indigo

Is there a way to pass data in a variable to Prowl this way? I don't see any info to do that the way you can do using the GROWL notification plugin. Thanks!

Yep... Variable substitution works in this plugin the same way other plugins do. Both the title and the message support standard device state & variable substitutions. The format is explained in the README file, which you can view by visiting the plugin page.
