Hi Andrew - the plugin expects data that's in two columns. The first column is a time stamp, and the second column is the data element to be plotted. If your data is in that form, you can save it to the target data directory and the plugin should be able to read it. If it's in multiple columns, that's not going to work. I looked at doing multiple columns but it gets complicated quickly if columns move around, get renamed, etc.
If you can parse data elements into their own files, it should work no problem.
