LEAP Installation questions

You need to stop and server and actually look in the folders on the drive and delete any remnant of the plugin. From either plugin folder. There's some remnant that preventing the re-install.

If you're still having problems installing the plugin, it might be a permissions issue. Run the Indigo installer again so it can try and fix permissions. If you still have issues, post in this forum: viewforum.php?f=75

My upgraded system is working perfectly. I redid my Control Pages and am having a problem. I use the Action " Toggle" so that I don't need to use two buttons to designate on and off. This works fine for my Caseta dimmer switches and my plug in modules. It is not working for any of my Caseta non-dimmer switches, the ones Leap labels "Switch (leapSwitch)". I get this in my log.

That looks like a bug in the plugin. I'll take a look.

What device type did the plugin create for the "Exterior Floods" switch? Better yet, right click on that device in the Indigo UI, Print the device details to the log, then post it here.

Please confirm what version of the LEAP plugin you're using.

Then turn it on and off using the buttons in the Indigo UI, then try your control page button again.

I can't reproduce the error. Try deleting that device and re-running the menu command that creates the devices. You'll need to edit your control page to reference the new device.

My control page button for the floods also turns off the porch lights. I redid that one too, since it's the same type of switch and also wasn't working.

What happens when you use the Indigo UI to turn the device on and off? Do you get errors for either one?

It works, but I get this in the log for all the switches that aren't dimmers.
