Is anyone else getting this issue?

i.e. the Harmony is connected to Mac using USB cable
The Harmony Software reads the Hub config
But no INSTALL button to push...?
Have tried multiple usb cables and multiple ports on the iMac.
All get the same result
Any suggestions??
OK fixed it - For the Install button to appear the Harmony Hub must NOT be connected to Mac. Only connect when instructed to do so - my bad - failed the RTFM.....
