If anyone has this gateway controller, cab then link it to Indigo with this guide if not done already. It mentions adding twice which may or may not be right.

Then attach a ZWave Watcher (see my other plugins) to it and see what you can see.
Also define&sync it and paste the log of the model no’s, command classes etc.
