I/O-Linc Garage door not detected

I've been running this plug-in for a few months now and it's awesome. The one issue i've had is that Homebridge buddy does not detect my I/O-Linc garage door even though it works just fine with Indigo. It's an older model I/O linc so I suspect this might be part of the issue. Is there any work around to get Homebridge buddy to recognize this device?

Have you tried the Cynical Behaviors plug-in to make the I/O linc act like a garage door?
