Indigo Domotics Website Updates

Tomorrow, September 30th 2014, we will be releasing an update to our websites. With this update, we will be introducing Indigo Accounts (a new menu item titled "Account Log In" will appear). This account will let you manage your Indigo Reflector subscriptions, get a list of your Registration Codes, and manage your File Library contributions. Over time, we'll be adding more functionality as well. It will provide you with the ability to change/recover forgotten passwords, change your email address, etc.

During the roll out, you may experience some downtime as we migrate databases and update websites. We don't anticipate having to restart the reflector server, though the reflector management site will be taken down and redirected to the new site. There will be a period of time where you won't have access to either the old reflector or the new account system, which we will minimize as much as possible. We will post a follow-up message once Indigo Accounts are up and running fully.

Existing GoPrism Accounts

If you have an existing reflector account, you will use the same username and password from that site - we've migrated all those accounts over. Your reflectors (and their subscriptions) will already be there waiting for you.

If you used the same email address to purchase/register your Indigo licenses, you will also find them automatically connected to your account. If you used a different email, just use the form on the Registration codes page to enter your registration code and we'll contact you to complete connecting it to your account.

If you used the same email address as any File Library contributions you've made, those will also be connected. If you didn't just drop us a note with the links to them and we'll connect them for you. You will then be able to edit your own contributions (including uploading new versions of the files).

New Accounts

If you don't currently have an account, you can sign up for one. We'll attempt to automatically connect any registration codes and library contributions. If the automatic connection doesn't work then use the form on the Registration codes page to enter your registration code and we'll contact you to complete connecting it to your account.

Indigo Accounts will be an integral part of the Indigo experience moving forward, and we look forward to adding more services, like managing your newsletter/contact email preferences, support tickets, and more. Thanks for your patience during this transition.
