As of right now, yes, that is the latest version.

PS - To get the version of the installed homebridge-indigo plug-in, you would need to do:

The current version is homebridge-indigo@0.2.12

You can see the latest versions of homebridge and homebridge-indigo by looking on npmjs.com:
