Install rPi software on new Jessie Pixel Pi?

I have a new Pi with Jessie and Pixel installed. What commands do I need to run in terminal on the Pi to install PiBeacon?

I think I should ask:
Is this advisable, or should I always start a fresh install with your prebuilt image?

One of my rPi died and when I had finally found and fixed the issue, I ended up with a fresh copy of raspian installed on a new SD chip. So, if it is not too difficult to get your software and supporting packages loaded, I would like to do it. If not, I am happy to revert to the prebuilt image.

I usually install PiBeacon the way you do by installing a clean raspbian Jessie and configuring PiBeacon plugin on your Mac with the IP address etc. and it will auto install the libraries it needs. I think you may have to do a sudo apt-get install bluez if it doesn't work, can't remember with the current release

Any idea where I can find the rest of the install commands? I know they must be here somewhere, but I can't seem to find them.
