Flow meter

I just ordered two water flow meters to measure how much i water the plants: https://www.amazon.com/Vktech-Effect-Se ... B00EVKVM02
Could i somehow use the pibeacon to count the pulses? (Or is it easier to use the arduino plug in?) (or none of the above) //mattias

Re: Flow meter

You can use the pibeacon. Set the pin to count mode That should count pulses if they are longer than 0.1 secs

Re: Flow meter

I will also post a piece of code for the arduino to do the same. It will go into the myStuff section.
Issue with the arduino is I cant store the current value in case it reboots the counter would start at 0 again.
