Seeing as though there's a feature requests thread for iOS and TVOS, I thought I'd make a new one for OS X.

Any news on the not-yet-requested feature to setup/edit your actions from OS X instead of iOS?

Not that I can use it yet myself, but I'm bored of editing my actions on iOS - I'd like to bulk edit them on my Mac, then just do tweaks on iOS later.

+1 for this as I have already purchased the OS X App

Hey guys, I'm going to be honest, the Mac app makes no where near enough money to justify rebuilding the iOS app in OS X. It would also slow releases down as I would have to do twice as much work between them too. I know this isn't a helpful answer, but it's a true one. I'll go the extra mile to make iOS input easier, but the Mac client is going to remain Home Remote - Activator rather than becoming a full Home Remote for the foreseeable future. I'm not saying never, just not likely.

~80M Macs vs ~1B iOS devices. Seems like your logic is quite sound...
