SEN.SE pausing my API subscriptions

Hey Karl,
I've messed something up. I've had this working for months, but now I'm getting loads of emails from sen.se with the following:
Your subscriptions have been paused
Hello Spencer!
We noticed that one or more of your subscriptions do not work properly. Indeed we could not notify the following URLs :
kw123 (http://76.**.**.***:8080)
These subscriptions have been paused. You can unpause them by clicking on the button below.
Manage my subscriptions
I've tried to:
6. reset ALL and resync with SEN.SE for PULL and PUSH mode
unfortunately this didn't fix the problem. I tried to create a new database and set everything up again, but when I created a new database in Indigo all my mother data was reimported... I guess it's stored separately and the plugin happily pulled it in.
any suggestions?
thanks,
Spencer
