Nest Home with two locations but one Nest account

Hi. I'm having a bit of trouble with the Nest Home plugin. I use Nest products in two separate houses (each with some Nest thermostats and Nest protects). Each house runs its own Indigo server and has its own reflector. However, I have only one Nest account since it allows me to set up multiple houses. When I install your plugin, it recognizes all of the devices in both houses, and for whatever reason, it syncs the Nest home/away status with the second house. Is there a way to have the plugin only recognize the devices of one house? In other words, I would install the plugin separately on each of the Indigo servers running in each of the houses, and it would only sync with the Nest devices and Nest home/away status in that individual house.
