Device recording

Hi

I have an arduino with a couple of dht22 sensors and I'm trying to plot the output..
looks like the temp is resetting and start over at 00:00 but humidity shows correct

I can't figure out what i have done wrong in this graf

Anyone have had the same issue, and maybe have the answer how to fix it?

Regards

Re: Device recording

Use utilities and print the real data. Is it data from arduino or a plot issue.

it looks as if the data is simply =0 before midnight, not just a "reset"

Re: Device recording

Hi
Thanks for the reply.

I had a look in the database with sqlitebrowser, and the data is there.
Arduino is reporting and temp is being saved in the database.

So i would assume there is something else going on.

Could you look at the file ~/documents/indigoplotd/sql/
Then the devicenumber.state_s0. Or what ever the state u use

Re: Device recording

its logging.

There is input in the file... same as the database.

Screenshot is from a hour before it "reset"

strange..

Re: Device recording

you could try:menu/"reload single device/state from sql". that should reload all data through the whole chain.

Re: Device recording

Jupp,, that seems to work. :)

I have been thinking for a while, i want to use postgresSQL. since as i understand it, is supposed to be better on big databases.
So i might as well start fresh.

Fresh database and fresh IndigoplotD.

I have installed postgres, (Used http://postgresapp.com) and removed Indigoplot completely, (disable plugin, and deleted in Disable plugin folder. Also deleted plugin preference) Deleted all plot devices.

Long time ago i created some simple plots. via the simple plot menu. , and IndigoplotD seems to still think they are there.

INDIGOplotD /Users/indigo/Documents/INDIGOplotD/gnu/Energi-minute-S1.gnu has no lines defined -- dont forget to click CONFIRM before you save the lines and plots, ignore this warning if just created
INDIGOplotD /Users/indigo/Documents/INDIGOplotD/gnu/ToerkeSkap-minute-S1.gnu has no lines defined -- dont forget to click CONFIRM before you save the lines and plots.

My question is: How do i delete simple plots/configuration?

Re: Device recording

Are there any plot device still present? Do a sort of devices with column model/ type there should be some devices left.
