Who has an Insteon Noise Filter on your fridge? The compressor must certainly dirty up the power line.

Could you expand a bit in your question. Is the fridge too loud? Or electric filter?

It's possible they could cause noise I suppose, but I've never heard of someone specifically identifying one as a noise maker.
