Error w/ 0.9.13

Just updated to 0.9.13 and getting this error every 5 minutes

WUnderground Error              Unable to send forecast email message. Check plugin settings.

Device Settings [WUnderground Weather]:
Receive Email Summary = unchecked

Plugin Configure:
Update Notification = Disable
&
Update Notification = Enable w/ email address

Hmmm. Thanks. I'll take a look at the code. If plugin update notifications are turned off, then that whole thing should be silent. I should be able to post an update tonight.

I have just uploaded v0.9.14, which should address this bug. Please let me know if that's not the case.
