V0.4.4 "No value found" error

Thanks so much for an awesome plugin! I just got my THX9421 Thermostat, and added it to my long running Indigo system, thanks to this plugin.

While it seems to be working correctly, I'm getting errors in the log (see below) every 30 seconds or so. Any feedback on how to resolve this?

Many thanks again!

Re: V0.4.4 "No value found" error

Is it bad form to be the first person to respond to your own post?

Further data:

I've been letting the plugin run and just ignored the errors in the log file, but this morning needed to do some other testing. I shut off the plugin, made a number of modifications and added devices to my AD2USB plugin (coincidently a different Honeywell system) then at the end re-enabled the Honeywell plugin.

It's come up with no errors and is running quietly. Previously there were errors continuously. I have no idea what may have changed, but am willing to experiment.

Would you update to the latest version of the plugin - we can use that as a baseline to debug any issues you are having. Thanks.

Re: V0.4.4 "No value found" error

I am having the same issue as described above, but have not been able to clear it. Basically I get the following in the error log every 30 seconds

Mar 12, 2017, 8:57:31 AM
Honeywell Error [Sun Mar 12 08:57:31 2017] No value found for device: Honeywell Thermostat, field: equipmentOutputStatus
Honeywell Error [Sun Mar 12 08:57:31 2017] No value found for device: Honeywell Thermostat, field: fanMode

Mar 12, 2017, 8:58:02 AM
Honeywell Error [Sun Mar 12 08:58:02 2017] No value found for device: Honeywell Thermostat, field: equipmentOutputStatus
Honeywell Error [Sun Mar 12 08:58:02 2017] No value found for device: Honeywell Thermostat, field: fanMode

I can control the thermostat just fine and it works fine through my control pages

I am using v0.5.0 on Indigo 7.0.3

Re: V0.4.4 "No value found" error

Perhaps this isn't helpful, but as another data point my Honeywell is working just fine. Try re-starting the plug-in?

Re: V0.4.4 "No value found" error

Thank you for your work on this plugin! I just replaced my AC and Thermostats and was thrilled to see support already exists within Indigo.

That being said, I'm getting the same errors
Honeywell Error [Mon Apr 10 21:56:35 2017] No value found for device: Thermostat Downstairs, field: equipmentOutputStatus
Honeywell Error [Mon Apr 10 21:56:35 2017] No value found for device: Thermostat Downstairs, field: fanMode
Honeywell Error [Mon Apr 10 21:56:36 2017] No value found for device: Thermostat Upstairs, field: equipmentOutputStatus
Honeywell Error [Mon Apr 10 21:56:36 2017] No value found for device: Thermostat Upstairs, field: fanMode

Using "Honeywell 0.5.0" and Indigo 7.0.3

I reloaded the plugin and restarted the Mac. Any other suggestions???

It might be helpful to know what model thermostat you are using.

Re: V0.4.4 "No value found" error

Seems the problem is that some of the Honeywell thermostats may be installed in an environment where there is no Fan, hence the lack of a value for the device. One of my Honeywell Thermostats, for example, is in a basement where the only function is heat. There is no AC and no Fan. Looks like we need a way to configure a tstat with a third Fan option: None.
