Honeywell v0.3.0 error

Recently downloaded this plugin and at first everything seemed to be working just fine. Unfortunately now I'm getting the following errors. I've disabled/re-enabled, uninstalled/re-installed to no avail. Any thoughts on how to fix? Thanks.

What model thermostat do you have?

Re: Honeywell v0.3.0 error

If I'm reading this correctly it's TH8110R1008. Haven't thought to check if it's supported or not. Worked with your old plug-in, so I assumed the new one would work.

Re: Honeywell v0.3.0 error

It is not supported currently, but think I can add it. Sounds like your thermostat does not support humidity readings? If you wouldn't mind disabling the device from Indigo and then:

Sselect "Log TCC Device IDs" from the Plugins/Honeywell menu
It will write the inventory of your devices to the Indigo log.
Send me a copy of that - or simply tell me the model that is listed next to the thermostat.

Thanks!

Re: Honeywell v0.3.0 error

Thanks!

I've got two thermostats:

DUO_REDLINK_1H1C
DUO_REDLINK_3H2C_NO_HUM

Now that I look a little closer it appears that the second one listed is working (registering temp/allowing control), the first one isn't.

Re: Honeywell Thermostats

I have the Honeywell Redlink Gateway with 4 Zone thermostats (TH6110D1005)

Honeywell │ Richland │ 31291 │ Home Theatre │ UNKNOWN │
Honeywell │ Richland │ 31289 │ Living/Dinning Rooms │ UNKNOWN │
Honeywell │ Richland │ 31290 │ Master Bedroom │ UNKNOWN │
Honeywell │ Richland │ 31292 │ Sm. Bedrooms │ UNKNOWN │

It recognizes them via the API i think, but I get these errors.

Is there a way to make this work?

Re: Honeywell v0.3.0 error

It should be working. Let me know if you are unable to pull it down.
