ShinyBow HDMI HDBaseT Switching Matrix Plugin.

I'm not certain this plugin will have the audience that pretty much any other plugin here has, but I built if for myself and would like to make it available for anyone else to use.

This was built for an 8x8 HDMI to HDBaseT switching matrix, but I'm pretty sure it's the exact same protocol for the regular HDMI matrices as well. The plugin should work on a 4x4 matrix just fine, but require a minor tweak if you pony up for a 16x16 or 32x32.

That being said, this plugin is super simple. I didn't add the ability to change EDID settings or anything like that, since that's the kind of stuff that you sort of set once and then leave as is.

Basically, on the config stage, you can define the serial port connection to the matrix (I don't know how to set it up for IP control, so it just works on serial) and name all of the sources you have plugged into it.

Each TV or output is then defined as a device, with the appropriate output number. Once the output is defined, the plugin lets you change what input it is playing and reports what input each device is playing.

The Shinybow matrix does not seem to have a setting to automatically report state changes on the serial port, so I've basically set the plugin to poll the matrix periodically to get the states. I've left that polling period somewhat long just to prevent the plugin from continually polling away even if nothing is changing.

That's about it. Any feedback or suggestions are welcomed.
