Commands Backing Up Not Sending

I have Indigo Pro 6. Normally runs fine, but lately the Indigo commands are not sending. They are filling up the status bar. I use a 2413U and a Z-stick as controllers.
If I unplug the Z-stick and wait a few minutes and plug it in again, a whole BUNCH of backlogged commands will send at once. Then it all works fine for about a week. This is happening about once a week now.
