Reflector problem after DSL modem replacement

So my 4th or 5th Centurylink DSL modem went bad on me, and I replaced it today.

I've got most stuff working, but I'm seeing this even after putting the proper port forwarding in place for 8176 and 1176:
Code: Select all
  Error                           socket send() 64 error
   Reflector                       restarting reflector connection to https://redactedl.indigodomo.net

   Error                           reflector connection not open
   Error                           reflector reconnection scheduled in 15 minutes

And it never succeeds. Ideas? It might be some modem configuration issue I've forgotten was necessary. I'm still working to settle the network down after tearing out its rotten CenturyLink heart.

Reflectors don't need port forwarding (that's in fact one reason we provide them, so you don't have to do port forwarding).

Try a reboot and see if that gets it straightened out.

Rebooted just after I posted, and an hour+ later still getting the same error. Is there a log specific to the reflector?

That socket error code (64)I believe is "machine is not on the network." Are you sure the Mac actually has internet access? Can you access our web site from Safari on it?

Yup. I sure can. Copied that error from the log into this thread on the Indigo mac.

Send me an email off forum (support AT indigodomo DOT com) and we can troubleshoot this in more detail.
