Sunrise / Sunset Ignored in Schedule

I'm running Indigo 7.0.2, and in preferences the sunrise and sunset are correct.

I have a schedule based on x minutes after sunset and x minutes before sunrise. But Indigo is (now) completely ignoring Sunrise and Sunset. I set out to go off 15 minutes after sunrise. That would have been ~7:45 AM at my location. Instead, they went off at 4:30 AM.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Is your long and lat set correctly?

Please include screen shots of:

1) Indigo's Sunset and Sunrise preferences panel.
2) Your Indigo Schedules for sunrise/sunset.
3) The bottom-right of the main window showing the next sunrise/sunset time.

Also copy/paste from the Event Log window examples of when the schedule is occurring at the wrong time.
