Re: Refreshing SecuritySpy images on Control Pages?

Probably not the problem, but I noticed the IP address here:

Isn't the same as the one here:
Error (client) control page image URL failed to load: http://192.168.2.7/snapshotjpeg?user=admin&pwd=12345

If you temporarily turn off authentication on the camera does it work? That is, is this an authentication problem or something else?

The examples were from two different cameras thats why the IPs were different.

There is no way to turn the authentication off on these cameras as far as I can tell.

If I paste this into my browser the auth works fine.

Re: Refreshing SecuritySpy images on Control Pages?

Is the camera really returning just a single JPEG image with that URL? If it is returning an HTML page or any type of open stream then Indigo isn't going to be able to use it.

Note if you use SecuritySpy, then you can have SS's Web server return the image snapshots. That will work for any camera (as long as SS supports that camera) since it will be SS returning the image.
