Feature request. Hopefully a minor one :)

Ok. So thank you thank you thank you for dark/night mode. I run this on my iPhone all the time. I actually even forgot it was night mode until I installed it on a spare iPhone the other day and saw the blinding white background! Still a nice background for day use.

So my feature request... when launching the app, even if night mode is enabled, I am still greeted with a bright white splash screen. Would it be possible to change this to a darker tone that is easier on the eyes?

Agreed. Defaulting to a darker initial splash screen would be better than a lighter one. Added to the list.

That's been on the list since 2.beta hasn't it??
