Touch - How to Refresh Screen?

Hi All,
I use Indigo Touch a lot when I'm away (on my iPhone 5). Right now, the only way I can refresh the screen is to Force Quit Touch,
and re-launch the Touch app. (bottom swipe up, then hold down the app and close it)
The reason I have to do this is because I've noticed the current state of some
of the devices are not correct. When I Force Quit and re-launch Touch, it shows the correct device state of
everything.
Is there a way to set Touch to automatically refresh any quicker on it's own?
Maybe in a future update, you could add a "refresh" button on the Touch's screen?
Thanks

Re: Touch - How to Refresh Screen?

Refresh when you're home on wifi is automatic and instant.

When away (on reflector) Touch should display a message after 5 minutes saying its pausing refresh, which you then tap when you want it to refresh.

You shouldn't need to force close the app.

One way of forcing refresh is a button to jump to the same control page you're on, but that shouldn't be needed.

Re: Touch - How to Refresh Screen?

Hi,
I'm on Reflector, but it doesn't say that? I'm on Touch 1.7, if that matters.
I just use the main screen, that lists the devices. I usually check in to make sure certain things are
"on" or "off" state.
I've found that if I just close the Touch app, and open it later, the device state of things show what
they were the last time I opened Touch, not their current state. I have to Force Quit Touch and open
it fresh to get the "live" current state of the devices.

Re: Touch - How to Refresh Screen?

Is this an old device that doesn't support Touch 2?

Not that that should matter; 1.7 still supported refresh.

Matt/Jay/anyone else any thoughts?

Re: Touch - How to Refresh Screen?

Indigo Touch 1.7 did automatically refresh as well, but definitely do upgrade to Indigo Touch 2 if your iOS device supports it. We aren't supporting or fixing bugs in Indigo Touch 1.7 any more.
