Local connection to Indigo Server from Indigo Touch

The only way I have been able to connect to the Indigo server is to leave the firewall wide open by allowing all incoming connections. If I limit access as indicated below:
In the Security System Preference

Set Access for specific services and applications

IndigoServer Allow incoming connections
java Block incoming connections

the access is denied and the following message is logged by Apache.

May 28 17:11:03 SmithServer Firewall[52]: Deny Python connecting from XXX.168.1.223:63209 uid = 0 proto=6

I can successfully connect from a remote local Mac Indigo Client with this configuration. Is there any way I can connect with Indigo Touch without leaving the firewall wide open?

Re: Local connection to Indigo Server from Indigo Touch

Indigo Touch connects to the IWS process - not the IndigoServer process - which is why it's complaining about that python process. Restart the IndigoServer and it should prompt you to allow connections to the python process.
