[SOLVED]: Indigo Touch will not remotely access Indigo 6.1

I have Indigo Touch 2.05
Indigo Version 6.1
OSX Yosemite 10.10.3
In last few days I am unable to remotely connect to Indigo.
My Reflector is working.

Please advise!?!?

Re: Indigo Touch will not remotely access Indigo 6.1

Is iTunes launched and running on the same Mac that the Indigo server is running on?

I ask because I'm having a similar issue. I'm running Indigo on a Mac Mini which is in close proximity to an AppleTV. As soon as someone turns on the AppleTV, iTunes automatically launches on the Mac Mini and Indigo Touch becomes unresponsive. I then close iTunes on the Mac Mini and Indigo Touch works perfectly again.

While at your home, open the settings panel from Indigo Touch and delete the server settings for your house (left swipe over it). Next, close the settings panel and re-open it. Your server should reappear presuming you are on your home network and Bonjour is working (sometimes Bonjour can get in a bad state and require a Mac and/or router/airport reboot). Select it and it should connect. Then turn off WiFi to see if Indigo switches over to using the reflector automatically.

If it doesn't, explain in detail the steps you performed and the results you saw.

Re: Indigo Touch will not remotely access Indigo 6.1

Thanks Matt...tried your recommendation:

1. when in wifi...bonjour recognized my server ' "Regular Shabbos"
and the devices appeared correctly.

2. when I switched off wifi, it said I was connected via Cellular, but the devices did not work, and when I tapped ACTIONS and then back to DEVICES a generic Device Folders page appeared instead of the correct Devices.

3. When attached via Cellular and tapped on settings,
under CONNECTED SERVER INFO, it says Version 6.0.18
My Indigo Version is 6.1.
Also, when in cellular, if I tap on EVENT LOGS, i get error message "Unable to retrieve event log, event log viewing requires Indigo Server 6.1 or higher"

4. When I switch back into wifi from cellular, EVENT LOG updates immediately, but DEVICES and ACTIONS do not. I have to go into settings and click on demo mode and then back to my server for DEVICES and ACTIONS to update properly.

I also rebooted my imac and reloaded Indigo Touch to no avail.

Thanks.....please advise.

I think you have another Mac and your reflector is pointing to Indigo Server running on it. Note that Indigo Server can run with no UI, so sometimes users end up running on a Mac without realizing it.
