Not HA related, but I figure that one of you may be able to help me locate an App.

I'm looking for an iOS App that allows you to enter Lat/Long coordinates, and then you walk around with your phone and it tells/shows you when you are on that location.

I'm not trying to find or map coordinates, I need an app that tells me when I'm on the coordinates in real time as I walk around

Well, Google Maps knows where you are and you can tell it where you want to go; i.e. the coordinates you have. When you (the blue dot) are on the coordinates, you will cover the red flag which are the coordinates you gave it.

Although not the primary purpose of the App, you can use http://www.geofency.com/ to send a notification when you enter/leave a specific location.
