Fond memories of that computer. It was the first computer I used to access the Internet -- using a 300 baud modem, via an ANSI BBS. It was 1982 or 1983, I think. I also had the optional 1541 disk drive and a printer.

I have still got my Acorn RiscPC, it's stored in the garage - I can't bring myself to get rid of it. RiscOS was a superb OS for its time. :)

This was my first home computer that I got in 1979 - it required a bit of soldering to get it going : Nascom 2

I remember when the Archimedes was released RiscOS wasn't ready. So it shipped with a windowing system written in BASIC!!. It wasn't too shabby!.
I loved ARM assembler! - LDMFR R13!,{R0-R12} brings back tears too my eyes!
Wrote my first commercial scrolling shoot-em up completely in assembler (though nicked the code for the soundtracker music player!!)

Now we have all this OOP nonsense and feckling around .... No offences to Matt & Jay. But assembler and 'C' will always be king!.
My first computer was a ZX81 - so anything up from that is progress for me :P

I threw out my C64 and my Colecovision Adam about 5 years ago when I last moved. Neither worked, but I'm still kinda bummed that I just tossed them. I thought me and that ADAM would rule the world!

I'd just like to point out that Indigo HAS to be the only home automation community in which the owners of the company call their customers "the fartiest" and not only get away with it but make everyone enjoy them more...

He’s not getting away with it.. I’m switching to.. uh.. XTENsion. And I’m taking my 50% share of his house. I’m just charging up my jigsaw and then I’m cutting it in half and loading it onto the company jet to bring it over here.

Re: Post Pics of Your Control Pages HERE!

In my new book about home automation, I am writing a paragraph about Indigo Control Pages. I want to include an image which shows what is possible. I have been scrolling through this thread and found many nice ones, including yours, DaveL17. Do you have a control page you wouldn't mind sharing? I would not include any personally identifiable information. An iPhone CP image would be better than iPad because the book will be available on Kindle, and with a portrait-style image, I could make it larger.
